Short Biography

  • Studied psychology, business, and law at the Universities of Tübingen, Heidelberg, and Mannheim.
  • Participation in several research projects (DFG, BMBF) and freelancer at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
  • Doctorate with honors from the University of Heidelberg. 
  • Recipiant of the Max-Weber-Prize for business ethics of the German Economic Institute in Cologne. 
  • Several research projects funded by DFG and the Fritz-Thyssen-Foundation
  • in 1997 habilitation, venia legendi (psychology)
  • Since 2003 co-editor of the Zeitschrift für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie.
